Mini, how about just like my day out, dont need the "x-tra" stuff? The least we can do is the T4 stephen chow marathon.
I think it's either:
1)Cashier steals money... this is a good way to prevent pple from stealing.
2)Vendors falsely report income
3)Flushing Mall trying to be fancy
